Using a computer-controlled sensor to check the temperature 60 times per second, this dehydrator creates a stable drying environment for food, flowers, and herbs. It generates 550 watts of power and comes with six stacking trays--a total of 12 square feet of drying space. The dehydrator's thermostat adjusts from 93 degrees F up to 150 degrees, offering the flexibility needed to dry meat, seafood, poultry, fruits, vegetables, jerky, granola, and even potpourri and sachet (great for gifts).
